I love VFL.com. This part of Melaleuca helped me to lose 50 lbs and increase my wellness. I went from obese to a healthy body mass index. It’s been amazing. I reached my goal weight more about 18 mo ago and haven’t not gone above it since then. I feel so much better.

The Smoothie Recipe is so thick and creamy you can eat it with a spoon.

In a blender add and blend:
1 c cold water
½ c old fashion oats

Add and blend:
1 scoop Sustain Berry Burst (or 1 pkt)
2 scoops ProFlex 20 vanilla

Add and blend:
1 frozen banana
1 c frozen strawberries
