I am amazed on how drinking Attain for breakfast and lunch has kept my appetite under control. It’s very easy to lose weight when you’re not hungry. I also love the Solumel! It’s a wonderful product for a diversity of things. I have been with Melelueca since Jan, 2012 and love their products.
