I have been using the new access bars for the last week and I have lost 2 and a half pounds and my clothes are looser and my fat roll is almost completely gone around my waist. I didn’t do anything different than I normally do. I usually exercise 9 -11 hours a week because I am an aerobics instructor 9 hours but I have slowly increased in weight and fat percentage because of my age. I had added 2 extra hours of different exercise and it didn’t do much except cause a yo yo effect. and increased my strength. I am excited to continue to eat 2 bars a day along with my regular routine and see if I decrease my fat percentage by 10% just like people did in the clinical studies.
