The BEST tasting nutrition drink on the planet is the Chocolate Melaleuca Access drink. It calls for two scoops. I just put one so it isn’t so thick and it tastes amazing and gives me so much energy. It is pretty filling, but so good that I could consider it a dessert! So delicious. Best when mixed with 2% milk. Oh, I have also found that just stirring the Access drink in a glass it is really hard to mix it to a good consistency. Ya gotta use the vitality mixing cup that has that whisk ball thing inside. Worth every penny.
