I’m a customer for life!

I first started buying Melaleuca products about 15 years ago because my youngest son has so many allergies to chemicals and other things that I needed to switch out my store-bought products to all natural versions to help him. It not only helped reduce his asthma condition, but the laundry products stopped the skin rashes he was getting. Over the last 15 years, I’ve been an on-again, off-again customer due to life situations. However, I keep coming back, because quite frankly, I love so many of the products and I really miss them when I’ve run out. Not only are they economical, but they work and work well. Some of my favorites: Renew lotion (healed my sore elbows), Tooth polish (don’t care for the cinnamon, but love the cool mint and it healed bleeding gums), and especially Sol-U-Mel (it removed car model paint from my carpet when my son accidentally spilled the bottle!) There are other products I really love too, but these are my absolute favorite items. Furthermore, this company has always stood by my purchases. When I couldn’t stomach the cinnamon-flavored tooth polish, they sent me an alternative to try and gave me a credit for the other one, and I didn’t even have to return it to them. I don’t know of any other store that would be so customer-oriented and return my money without returning the product. This time, I’ve decided never to suspend my account again, because as I professional buyer, I decided to run real-life price comparisons with store-bought products, and I realized that shopping from traditional stores was actually costing me more money for natural-based products. I’m going to buy them anyway – so I might as well buy better, more economical products from Melaleuca. Bottom line: I’m a customer for life!
