I have been using vitality 4 with the oligo fructose complex and i love them. after just 2 weeks i noticed that i had more energy. i have started exercising and eating better since then. i have been taking them for 6 weeks and i have lost 25 pounds but mainly, i feel great, like i did when i was 20. i am 43 and about 380 pounds. can’t wait till i loose some more i am going to really start hitting the road-running.
