He takes the Vitality-6 pack, with the PhytoMega (cholesterol) and ProvexCV (cardio) in them. He has also participated in bootcamp and lost some weight/improved his physical conditioning level, but I believe it is a combo of the two that has contributed to his results. He has “found” some of his weight again, but is still off the Rxs by doctor’s decision. He is also on a trial off of his diabetic med now!
