I have been a customer for 9 months now. I have had problems with potential gum disease for the last 3-4 years. I was using a water pick, prescription mouthwash along with brushing and flossing every day. I had not experienced any improvement over the years. I actually felt lucky if it did not get worse from check up to check up.
