I am a mother of three and energy for me is scarce! By the time I get kids down for bed at the end of the day, I’m ready to go to sleep too. My kids go to bed at 7:30pm and I’m usually asleep by 8:00pm. I didn’t like how tired I was because at the end of the day, I like to spend time with my husband.
