In my experience, Melaleuca is very fair, even generous with their customers. I once had a situation where they had sent me the wrong item in an order, that I needed really badly. When I called Melaleuca to explain the problem, based on my experience with other companies, I was worried I was going to have a long hold time and a real hastle going through the levels of supervisors to get the problem fixed. I HATE waiting on hold! To my pleasant surprise the call was answered within seconds (not minutes!) and the first person I spoke with not only was able to rush-send the correct product, but also told me to keep the incorrect item at no charge.
I’ve only had to call Melaleuca’s customer service a few times, but every time was met with that same type of service. I’ve since learned that Melaleuca has a really good reputation for customer service – and to me it’s no wonder.

If you ever have a problem with Melaleuca, give their customer service number a call and give them a chance to fix it. They’ve been a delight to work with every time I have called.
The ONLY complaint that I have with Melaleuca is that I can’t tell enough people how great this company, how wonderful these products are, and how helpful the paychecks are! I’m so blessed to have been introduced to this great and wonderful company! Too bad so many people are ignorant, and just don’t have a clue to what/how Melaleuca can change their lives forever! That’s my only complaint! Thanks Melaleuca!
My comment is about customer service/business center. I have been calling them constantly because I have so many questions on the business side and yes they do answer promptly without a long hold. Believe it or not, I could not find any faults or anything that will cause me to doubt the sincerity of the company. Customer Service is so patient, knowledgeable and very courteous. They walk me through all the details of what I asked for and they satisfy my questions all the time.
I am totally wholeheartedly in love with the Melaleuca products. There is nothing on the public market that can match it. All the testimonies I have heard and experienced are TRUE. I love to cook and one day I forgot to use my potholder to remove the pan from the oven (stupid) burned my had pretty bad, Melaleuca’s melagel to the rescue I can testify after a short while there was no pain and I NEVER got a blister.
